Our story began when I was in Dubai in 2007. I am always interested in Business and secure insurance policies when some insurance firms were hesitant to serve people of other cultures. I started learning about Insurance in 1999, when I opened Agape Trinity Insurance I also wanted to create an entity committed to public service and community involvement. I was an active member of numerous social service organizations, including other types of services.Day by day I was learning more about insurance policies and different kinds of licenses to serve people's knowledge about new social organizations. Just like my father, I did hard work to get success in my life step by step. As I rented apartments, sold homes and businesses, and helped new immigrants to secure insurance policies when some insurance firms were hesitant to serve people of other cultures. “That’s how I explained things to new immigrants. “I didn’t speak so many languages but I loved all our customers and they loved us because we were honest and treated people fairly. Ethnicity doesn’t mean anything, it’s who you are. With new technologies and a staff of hand-picked insurance professionals to carry on the Agape Trinity Insurance providing the very best in customer service. “Giving people the knowledge to choose the right type of protection for their homes, their cars and their family, that’s what my father and grandfather did–and that’s what Roger and I try to do,” Erika explained. “I like to make everyone feel like we’re their best friend. That doesn’t happen with online insurance companies. Customers deal with a different person every time. Not here. At Muller Insurance, we have a personal relationship with our customers.” In April 2019, “That was a special day for us. And everyday I pass that sign, I’m reminded of what my family built and the lessons that were passed down from my father and grandfather. Insurance was further honored to be recognized as the oldest continuously operating business in New York. That means a lot to everyone in the family and at our company.
