Employees can choose up to $100,000 average GUARANTEED ISSUE. Employees can be turned down due to health concerns. An additional $250,000 of coverage is available express issue using a simple 5 question application without a medical exam.
All employees receive unisexrates, regardless of health. Smoker or non-smoker rates.
Guaranteed to remain level or increase for life.
Cash Value is guaranteed to increase annually.
